Il 280 \u00e8 ideale per il chicken-picking, per aggiungere sustain agli assoli o per il funk scattante. Il 280 ha anche un’uscita sufficiente per essere utilizzato come boost con il sustain del compressore.
La maggior parte dei chitarristi\/bassisti preferisce posizionare il compressore DOD 280 all’inizio della loro catena di effetti, quindi inizia con quella collocazione. Dal momento che i compressori hanno un grande effetto sul tuo approccio, sulla dinamica e sul sustain, posizionandolo verso la parte anteriore la tua catena di effetti “conserver\u00e0 l’atmosfera” indipendentemente dal pedale.
